The Wine Lodge is also in a sunny position in the middle of the vineyards, with a view (through the trees) over the bay of Funchal.  There is a terrace and barbeque.

The house has a large living room with cable television, and an open fireplace and doors to the veranda.  The separate kitchen has a microwave cooker and two hotplates, also a fridge.  There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and ensuite shower room. The other with a double bed that can be twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.  Both have fitted wardrobes.  An extra fold up bed can be made available in the living room for a fifth person. There is a Gas fired central heating system.

Price 875 euro  per week.
This includes electricity, water, linen and wood, cleaning and change of linen once a week. Minimal rental period is one week. 30% higher price during New Year Dec 27 -Jan 5. But, special prices possible for extended stays.
